Artist Studio

This ocean view cottage had not been touched in over forty years. The clients requested that the first floor be designed to house an artist studio with living quarters upstairs. We undertook a full renovation of the space: moving walls to create a generous sized bedroom and living room, and updating plumbing and cabinetry for a new bathroom and kitchen area. To instill a Bohemian feel, we anchored each room with vintage and custom furnishings, textural rugs, and graphic tiles to produce an offbeat yet serene getaway.
